The Sagamore Resumes Year-Round Status When It Opens May 3, 2013
Bolton Landing, NY (May 3, 2013) – The Sagamore on Lake George in Bolton Landing will re-open on May 3, 2013 and resume its former status as a year-round resort, on a slightly limited basis. This exciting new change at the resort comes as a result of significant investments by the owners to restore the property to its former glory as a Historic Hotel and one of America’s “Grand Dame” resorts. Bought in 2008 by Ocean Properties, Ltd., the resort has undergone major renovations and additions each year during the “off-season” in order to improve the guest experience. In 2013, when the resort re-opens on May 3rd for leisure guests, it will introduce more renovations and improvements, as well as stay open for weekend guests during the winter, which is the first year it has done so since 2008.
