Both floors of our Main Hotel have been converted into a "Concierge Level" service. Our Concierge office is located on the 2nd floor and is specifically assigned to guests staying in the Main Hotel. We are dedicated and intent upon providing our guests with the finest experience possible.

We want your stay to be pleasurable, and we have added higher expectations for our personalized service to make sure that happens. To put your mind at ease, our 2nd floor Concierge office will be staffed morning till night, at your service to help plan and complete your stay at The Sagamore. Green Mountain Coffee will be available outside the office every morning and bottled water, trail mix, assorted whole fruit and house-made cookies will be available all day. Complimentary newspapers will also be available at the Concierge office, including the NY Times, Times Union, and USA Today.

To increase the level of service to our guests, we have upgraded not only our personalized service, but our room amenities as well.
