Fitness Center

In our glass enclosed Fitness Center, you'll find state-of-the-art fitness equipment and a variety of classes offered daily. Open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., located in the south wing of the hotel, two levels below the main floor. Available to all guests 16 years of age and over at no charge. Room keys access the Fitness Center.

The center is fully equipped with TRUE^® treadmills, Stairmasters^®, Precor^® EFX 546 Crosstrainer, STARTRAC^® cycles, Lifecycle^®, Concept II^® rowers, 12-station Cybex^® Strength Circuit, in addition to free weights.

Indoor Pool

Take a swim in our 40-foot indoor pool in our glass-enclosed facility overlooking the lake. Relax in the Jacuzzi, read in our lounge area and enjoy the activity regardless of the weather outside. The pool is open to guests of all ages.

Classes and Activities

A variety of classes are offered daily. Choose from aqua aerobics in our indoor pool, morning stretch, step or strength training, just to name a few. If you prefer to get your exercise outdoors, try an invigorating fitness walk around town or hike on one of the Adirondack's scenic peaks. Personal training is available for your every fitness need.
