The Guest Services office takes reservations from 7:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. daily. Reservations are required for dinner in some of our dining rooms. After 5:30 P.M., dinner reservations can be made by contacting the individual restaurants directly at the numbers listed below. To allow us to accommodate all of our guests, should your plans change, please cancel your dinner reservations by 4:00 P.M. This will avoid a $30 per person "no-show" charge from being applied to your room account.  Ext. 5100.

Breakfast Plan
For your convenience, we offer a breakfast plan. Breakfast can be included in your room rate and lunch and dinner will be à la carte.

The word "bis" is added to the Trillium name and refers to "encore" in the French language. This newly remodeled restaurant represents both a conceptual and physical revision of the Trillium as it enters into the 20th season.

Family dining amidst the charm of our turn-of-the-century main dining room. Enjoy a spectacular view of the mountains and lake as you dine from our bountiful breakfast buffet or à la carte selections. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Myron O. Brown, the first General Manager of The Sagamore, would be proud of his namesake. Casual dining in a friendly Adirondack Camp atmosphere and after hours nightlife. Beginning at 11:00 AM, lunch and light fare selections are available. A full dinner offering is available from 5:00 PM-11:00 PM. Dress for dinner is "Smart Casual". Ext. 6085

Experience true lakeside dining at our lakeside Pavilion. Lunch features grilled specialties and Sagamore favorites. Dinner features our popular Lobsterbake-choose from 1 1/2 lb. or 3 lb. Maine lobsters or cookout favorites. Lunch and dinner available July 1st through Labor Day. Lunch is served 11:00 AM to 3:00 P.M. and dinner is served 5:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. (we recommend a sweater or windbreaker).  Our Lobsterbake is Captain style seating, which means that you will be seated with other guests.   Dinner reservations are required. Enjoy our cuisine within the comfort of your own room. Full service offered for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night snacks. Room service is available from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. daily.   Ext. 6100

Relax with a panoramic view of Lake George while enjoying a cup of espresso, cappuccino or your favorite martini. Located off the Main Hotel lobby. Ask about our many different food offerings and Coffee Bar.  Coffee Bar served 6:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. Well-behaved children are welcome on the Veranda until 8:00 P.M. After 8:00 P.M., guests must be 13 years of age or over. Cocktails available Noon till closing. Dress is "Smart Casual". Ext. 6169.

Casual dining in our New York-style clubhouse overlooking our Donald Ross golf course. The Club Grill provides a spectacular mountain view from the patio and features grilled specialties for lunch and dinner.   Lunch served seasonally 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Dinner served seasonally Sunday through Thurdsay 5:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., Friday and Saturday 5:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M.  During July and August, children under age 7 are not permitted for dinner. Reservations are required for dinner.  Dress is "Smart Casual".  Ext. 6103.

The Sagamore's own replica of a 19th century touring vessel. Lunch buffet available. Dinner features a delightful duet menu with a topside reception and dessert buffet. and we recommend a windbreaker and flat-heeled shoes. See your daily activities sheet or call Guest Services for cruise schedule. Please note that Morgan seating for lunch and dinner is captain style seating, which means you will be seated with other guests.  To accommodate all of our guests, we will employ tables of 6 and 8 pairing couples with couples. Our friendly staff will be pleased to make all necessary introductions. Parties of 10 or more persons will need to cancel their reservations for The Morgan by 12:00 P.M. to avoid a $30.00 per person "no show" charge.
